Ingredients
- 4 medium onions
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1 green pepper
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. light Velveeta
- red pepper to taste
- 8 oz. spaghetti
Directions

1Melt margarine in skillet.

2Dice onions and saute.

3Add ground chuck.

4Stir to lightly cooked.

5Add tomatoes, diced green pepper, salt, cheese and red pepper.

6Cook until cheese melts.

7Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender.

8Mix sauce and spaghetti together.

9Lightly spray 3-quarts oblong dish.

10Pour mixture into dish.

11Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour covered with foil. Serve with tossed salad and garlic toast.
