Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 pt. tomato juice
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 to 2 c. grated Longhorn cheese according to taste
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in boiling water until tender and drain.

2Cook onion and pepper in oil until tender.

3Add tomato, salt, pepper and sugar.

4Cook for 10 minutes.

5Remove from heat and mix with spaghetti.

6Add 1/2 of cheese.

7Sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375° until cheese has melted or turns brown.
