- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. spaghetti or macaroni
- 1 lb. Colby cheese, cut in chunks
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 2 small cans tomato juice
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine, set aside.

2Cook spaghetti.

3Put half of spaghetti in a casserole dish.

4Top with 1/2 of the cheese.

5Add remainder of spaghetti.

6Top with remaining cheese. Pour tomato juice over top.

7Top with onion and margarine.

8Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
