- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 14 cup water
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 lb ground beef, browned
Directions

1In large skillet, saute onion and peppers with ground beef, then drain off grease.

2Add tomatoes, mushroom, olives, and oregano.

3Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.

4Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.

5Top with half of the vegetable mixture.

6Sprinkle with 1 cup of Cheddar cheese.

7Repeat layers.

8Mix the mushroom soup with the water and pour over the casserole.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

10Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until heated through.
