Ingredients
- 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti broken into thirds
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 jar (14 oz) meatless spaghetti sauce
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1-2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

2Drain.

3In a large bowl, beat the egg, milk and salt. Add spaghetti and toss to coat.

4Transfer to a 13x9 inch baking dish.

5In a large skillet, cook beef, sausage, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and drain.

6Add spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce.

7Mix well.

8Spoon over spaghetti mixture.

9Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

10Sprinkle with cheese.

11Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

12Let stand for ten minutes before cutting.
