- 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 lb. brick cheese
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat spinach until thawed; drain and cool.

2Beat eggs with mixer; add spinach, melted butter, flour, salt and pepper.

3Stir to blend.

4Add all cheeses; fold until well blended.

5Pour in casserole.

6Bake 1 hour at 350°.
