  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. cheese cracker crumbs

    Drain spinach.

    Cook celery and onion in a little margarine. Mix with remaining ingredients, saving cheese crumbs for topping. Bake at 275° until it smells good, about 30 minutes.
