  • yellow squash (amount according to servings needed)
  • cornmeal
  • cooking oil (peanut, vegetable or any other kind)

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Lightly grease baking pan with cooking oil.

    Wash squash, cut off ends and cut longways (not in circles),* thickness is according to desired taste.

    Coat squash with cornmeal and place in baking dish.

    Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until brown.
