- cornmeal
- cooking oil (peanut, vegetable or any other kind)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Lightly grease baking pan with cooking oil.

3Wash squash, cut off ends and cut longways (not in circles),* thickness is according to desired taste.

4Coat squash with cornmeal and place in baking dish.

5Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until brown.
