- 4 to 5 squash
- 1 chopped onion
- salt to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in a small amount of salted water; drain and mash.

2Mix with egg, butter, cheese and 1/2 cracker crumbs. Place in a casserole dish.

3Top with remaining crumbs.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
