Baked Squash

- 4 to 8 medium acorn squash
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar
- cinnamon
Directions

1Cut and clean out seeds of squash. Bake in pan with small amount of water at 350° until tender.

2Remove from oven and cool. Peel off skin and mash squash in baking dish. Add butter, brown sugar and mix.

3Sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake until hot.

4All winter squash is good this way.

5Serves 6 to 8 people
