- 2 cups chopped squash
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 eggs, whipped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes cereal
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Drain well.

3Add whipped eggs, salt, and pepper to squash and onions.

4Pour mixture into greased baking dish; dot with butter.

5Top with cornflake crumbs and cheese.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
