- 2 or 3 lb. round steak
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Pound round steak well.

2Cut up in serving pieces.

3Dip steak in flour.

4Fry steak until brown on both sides.

5Place steak in a roaster pan.

6Pour (drained) mushrooms over steak.

7Pour soup into frying pan.

8Add small amount of milk (1/4 cup).

9Stir until hot and smooth.

10Pour over steak.

11Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

12Serve with rice or noodles.
