Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. lean beef, roll in flour and brown
  • 4 large potatoes, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 6 carrots, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 pkg. stew mix
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes or juice
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • pepper to taste
