- 1 to 2 lb. cod fillets
- 3/4 lb. cooked medium shrimp, chopped
- mayonnaise
- 1 to 3 stacks Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Place cod in casserole dish (square dish).

2Brush with mayonnaise to coat thinly.

3Mix crumbs with butter and add shrimp. Place crumb mixture over half of the fillets.

4Fold fillets over and top with remaining crumb mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until fish flakes.
