Baked Stuffed Fish

- 1 large fish
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. bread cubes
- bacon slices
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
Directions

1Salt and pepper the fish, inside and out.

2Melt margarine and add chopped onion and celery.

3Saute for 5 minutes.

4Add bread cubes and mix.

5Add enough water to moisten the bread and stuff the fish with this.

6Skewer bacon slices on the fish with toothpicks and place it in a well-greased baking dish.

7Arrange carrot and onion slices around and on the fish.

8Add chicken broth and wine.
-
9Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until the fish flakes.
