- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- garlic salt
- 1 large jar prepared tomato sauce
- 1 lb. large shells
Directions

1Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.

2Drain fat; sprinkle with garlic salt and set aside to cool.
