- 15 to 20 large or jumbo shrimp
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
- margarine or butter
- 1 small can crabmeat (optional)
- garlic salt to taste
Directions

1Clean and devein shrimp.

2Crush crackers and melt butter or margarine.

3Mix up the crabmeat if using.

4Align shrimp on a cookie sheet.

5You must cut the shrimp up the back and spread open on the cookie sheet.

6Mix margarine or butter with the cracker crumbs and place on top of each shrimp.

7If using the crabmeat, it should be mixed in with the margarine or butter and cracker crumbs, adding the garlic powder to taste.

8Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes, or until the shrimp appear to be opaque in color.
