Baked Tomato Parmesan

- 4 large tomatoes
- parsley, dill, basil and oregano to taste
- 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- onion salt to taste
- 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Directions

1Halve the tomatoes; sprinkle with onion salt and herbs.

2Put tomatoes in a Pyrex dish; place in a warm oven (275° to 300°) for 5 minutes.

3Set aside and cool.

4Mix mayonnaise, onion and Parmesan cheese; spoon over tomatoes.

5Just before serving, place in oven on broil setting until puffed and lightly browned, about 3 to 5 minutes.
