- 4 ripe tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- garlic salt
- crushed basil
Directions

1Cut tomatoes in half; place cut side up in baking dish. Sprinkle top with garlic salt and basil.

2Melt butter in small skillet.

3Add crumbs; stir constantly.

4Spoon on top of tomatoes. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until hot.

5Makes 8 servings.
