Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. diet margarine
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. parsley, chopped
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, shredded (fresh)
  • 1/4 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs

Directions

    Cut tomatoes in half and place in a shallow baking pan.

    Melt margarine and add onion, parsley, salt, pepper, cheese and bread crumbs.

    Spread mixture on top of tomato halves and bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until brown.
