- 2 large ripe tomatoes
- 2 tsp. diet margarine
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. parsley, chopped
- dash of salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, shredded (fresh)
- 1/4 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Cut tomatoes in half and place in a shallow baking pan.

2Melt margarine and add onion, parsley, salt, pepper, cheese and bread crumbs.

3Spread mixture on top of tomato halves and bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until brown.
