  • filet trout (as many as you want)
  • onions
  • salt and pepper
  • Old Bay
  • paprika
  • butter

Directions

    Place trout into oblong pan.

    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Old Bay and paprika.

    Cover fish with plenty of chopped onion.

    Place pats of butter all over fish.

    Cover with foil and cook.

    Cook at 350° until light brown.
