- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. turkey, chopped
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. ground sage
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Melt 2 tablespoons butter over low heat.

2Add the flour and stir until well blended.

3Cook one minute.

4Slowly add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until boiling.

5Let sauce cool; add chopped chicken, egg yolk, salt and celery salt.

6Form into twelve small cones.

7Mix bread crumbs with ground sage.

8Roll cones in crumbs.

9Beat egg; add water.

10Dip each cone in egg and roll again in crumbs.

11Place on a greased baking pan and drizzle with melted butter.

12Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
