  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup, diluted with 1/4 c. water
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers

    Cook vegetables; drain well and put in casserole.

    Pour soup mixture over vegetables; cover with crushed Ritz crackers.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
