- 2 c. celery
- 4 fresh tomatoes
- 6 medium potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
Directions

1Cut all vegetables into large pieces.

2Sprinkle lightly with salt; top with oleo.

4Put into heavy foil and close tight.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
