  • 1 small cabbage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 c. celery
  • 4 fresh tomatoes
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo

Directions

    Cut all vegetables into large pieces.

    Sprinkle lightly with salt; top with oleo.

    Mix all vegetables together.

    Put into heavy foil and close tight.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Do not open foil or add any liquid.
