- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Directions

1Place fillets in shallow baking dish.

2Pat with paper towel. Spread mayonnaise on fillets.

3Sprinkle on bread crumbs and tarragon.

4Drizzle with butter.

5Bake 30 minutes at 375°.

6Serve with lemon and tartar sauce.
