- 1 lb. cod, haddock, cusk or any white fish fillets
- 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in a baking dish.

2Place 1 pound of fish in dish. Drizzle lemon juice over fish.

3Sprinkle fish with thyme, tarragon, salt and pepper.

4Pour white wine over fish.

5Mix crushed corn flakes and Parmesan cheese together.

6Sprinkle flakes over fish.

7Bake in a 425° oven for 20 minutes.
