Baked White Fish

- 2 lb. unbreaded haddock or other white fish
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place fish in baking dish and spread soup and sour cream over the top of the fish.

2Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour, depending on the thickness of the fish.
