Baked White Fish

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. unbreaded haddock or other white fish
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Place fish in baking dish and spread soup and sour cream over the top of the fish.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour, depending on the thickness of the fish.

    (It may not take quite an hour.)
