Baked White Potatoes

- 4 large oblong potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- grated sharp cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Bake 4 large oblong potatoes until done (do not grease skins).

3Cut in halves lengthwise and scoop out baked potato, reserving shell.

4Add salt, butter, milk, pepper and grated onion.

5Mash thoroughly.

6Spoon into shells, sprinkle with grated sharp cheese and paprika.

7Bake for 15 minutes at 375°. Serve hot.
