- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil or canola oil
- 2/3 cup buttermilk or 1% milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Lightly grease a baking sheet.

3In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

4Add in the oil and milk, then stir until the dough comes together.

5Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface.

6Cut dough into biscuits and place on lightly greased baking sheet.

7Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
