- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. skim milk
- 1/3 c. canola oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Combine first 4 ingredients.

3Add milk and oil all at once to flour mixture.

4Stir with fork just enough for dough to hold together.

5Pat dough about 1/2-inch thick on lightly floured surface.

6Cut out biscuits with floured 2 1/2-inch cutter.

7Place on ungreased baking sheet.

8Bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

9Makes 9 biscuits.
