- 30 sheets phyllo (8 x 10-inch)
- 1 c. melted butter
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. chopped almonds
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- Lemon Honey Syrup
Directions

1Butter bottom of 8-inch square pan.

2Lay 10 sheets of phyllo in pan, brushing each sheet with melted butter.

3Mix nuts with sugar and spices, sprinkle 1/2 over phyllo.

4Drizzle with melted butter. Lay on another 10 sheets of phyllo, brushing each with butter. Sprinkle with other half of nut mixture, add remaining phyllo, cut without cutting through bottom layer in diamond-shaped pieces. Bake in preheated oven (350°) for 1 hour.

5Finish cutting.

6Allow to cool.

7Pour warm Lemon Honey Syrup over.
