  • 10 tablespoons, 7 pinches Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breast
  • 3 pieces Red Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 13 tablespoons, 1- 1/2 teaspoons, 1- 1/4 pinches Whipping Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sage

Directions

    Cook the vinegar with the sugar until it has a creamy texture.

    Slice the chicken and the onions into strips.

    In a pan, heat the oil and first fry the onions; set aside.

    Fry the chicken in the same pan until lightly browned.

    Add the onions, balsamic reduction and the whipping cream.

    Boil up and reduce the heat.
