  • 2 lb. new potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. minced shallots
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
