  • 1 large sweet potato (1 lb./450 g), peeled, cut into 3/4-inch chunks
  • 1 small red onion, cut into 3/4-inch chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 6 fresh sage leaves
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

    Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

    Combine all ingredients except apples; spread onto bottom of 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

    Cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray.

    Stir in apples; spread to evenly cover bottom of pan.
