  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped shallots
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh sage
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup olive oil
