  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 12 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 scallions, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken, coating thoroughly.

    Marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or more, turning occasionally.

    Bake for 60 minutes in 180 C oven, or until tender.

    Bake for an extra 5-10 minutes on 250C if crispiness is desired.
