- 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. large flaky refrigerator biscuits
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni
Directions

1Combine cheeses in small bowl.

2Halve each biscuit, forming 20 thin biscuits.

3Shape each biscuit half in 2 1/4 x 4-inch oval. Place a slice of pepperoni on dough and top with 1 tablespoon cheese mixture.

4Moisten edges and fold dough over to enclose filling.

5Pinch to seal.

6Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

7Serve warm.
