- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. flaky refrigerator biscuits
- 40 very thin slices pepperoni
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine cheeses.

3Cut each biscuit in half, making 40 thin pieces.

4Gently shape each biscuit into a 2 1/2 x 4-inch oval.

5Place slice of pepperoni on dough.

6Top with scant tablespoon of cheese mixture.

7Moisten edge and fold over to enclose filling; pinch edges to seal.

8Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.

9Bake 20 minutes.

10Serve warm.
