Ingredients
- 1 None garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 2/3 cups Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp medium-hot mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 None red bell peppers, deseeded and cut into pieces
- 2 None zucchini, thickly sliced
- 7 oz radish, cut into rough pieces
- 1 None fennel bulb, trimmed and cut into rough pieces
- 2 None red onions, cut into wedges
Directions

1Preheat the broiler to medium-hot. Place the garlic in a bowl with the yogurt, mustard and honey and mix well. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

2Thread the peppers, zucchini, radish, fennel and onions onto the skewers and broil for 5 mins, turning.

3Remove the skewers from the broiler, brush with the yogurt mixture, return to the broiler and cook for a further 5 mins, turning. Serve with any remaining yogurt mixture.
