  • 1-2 dashes bitters (I prefer Angostura Orange or Regan's Orange bitters)
  • Orange twist, for garnish

    Combine vermouth, sherry, and bitters in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well for 20 seconds, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist a piece of orange peel over the drink and use as garnish.
