  • 1 1/2 ounces rice wt cups bamboo
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 fluidounces coconut milk ginger
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Directions

    1. In saucepan, heat rice, water, & oil. Bring to a boil stir & cover

    Reduce heat; simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until all water is absorbed.

    2. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes

    3. Fold in ginger coconut milk & rice vinegar

    4. Keep warm for service
