  • 3 Bamboo ,fresh
  • 1/2 kg sticky rice ,fresh harvest prefrable
  • 1/2 liter water
  • 1/2 tsp salt ,option

Directions

    Take one bamboo ,fill raw sticky rice until almost full,repeat another 2 bamboo

    Add salt ,fill bamboo with water ,while adding there will be bubbles thats mean water is running down to the bottom ,keep add water until full,cover with banana leaves

    Direct baked on wood fire until bamboo turn black ,keep roll bamboo to make it cook evenly

    After its cooked,hit bamboo with wood or heavy knife to let the thin bamboo tissue stick to the rice

    Peel out black bamboo..and voilaaa a very white and smell so good rice ..taste it warm ..
