- 1 medium Banana
- 70 grams Joshinko flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Condensed milk
- 1 Powdered sugar, brown sugar, or cocoa powder as you like
Directions

1If the banana is ripe, use as is.

2Otherwise microwave (on high level) for 40-50 seconds.

3Then, place the banana in a bowl and mash with a fork to make a puree.

4Add condensed milk and mix well.

5In another bowl, mix the joshinko flour and baking powder well.

6Now transfer this to the banana mixture and combine well.

7Shape the mixture into one flat square shape like in this picture.

8Divide into 24 portions and preheat the oven to 190C.

9Now shape each portion into a ball and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

10Bake in an oven for 14-15 minutes.

11Cool on a wire rack.

12Once cool, coat with powdered sugar, brown sugar, or cocoa powder.
