Banana Balls

  • 1 medium Banana
  • 70 grams Joshinko flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 1 Powdered sugar, brown sugar, or cocoa powder as you like

    If the banana is ripe, use as is.

    Otherwise microwave (on high level) for 40-50 seconds.

    Then, place the banana in a bowl and mash with a fork to make a puree.

    Add condensed milk and mix well.

    In another bowl, mix the joshinko flour and baking powder well.

    Now transfer this to the banana mixture and combine well.

    Shape the mixture into one flat square shape like in this picture.

    Divide into 24 portions and preheat the oven to 190C.

    Now shape each portion into a ball and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in an oven for 14-15 minutes.

    Cool on a wire rack.

    Once cool, coat with powdered sugar, brown sugar, or cocoa powder.
