Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease bottom of loaf pan. In large bowl cream sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.

    Beat in eggs and blend in bananas, milk and vanilla.

    In small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.

    Add to creamed mixture and mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.

    Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

    Wrap and store in refrigerator.
