  • 4 whole Ripe Bananas, Mashed
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3 teaspoons Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

    Mash bananas, set aside.

    Combine baking soda, milk, and vinegar in a small bowl or cup. Set aside.

    In another small bowl, combine flour and baking powder.

    In larger bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs; then mashed bananas and sour milk mixture. Slowly add the flour mixture. Pour batter into a greased and floured 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
