  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chopped apples
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/4 c. raisins

Directions

    Stir all together; pour into oiled 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Cool and cut into squares.
