- 4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
- 1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped apples
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/4 c. raisins
Directions

1Stir all together; pour into oiled 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
