  • 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
  • 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Mashed Ripe Bananas (about 2 Medium)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan (or 12 muffin cups).

    Beat together butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well.

    Add sour cream, flour, baking soda, vanilla and bananas. Mix well.

    Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    (For muffins, bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes.)
