- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/3 cups Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 3 whole Bananas (2 Smashed, 1 Cut Into Chunks)
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Combine the sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla, and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Add the smashed bananas.

3Mix in the flour and salt. Stir in the chunked banana. Add any extras you like (golden raisins are my favorite; I add a LOT). Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 45-50 minutes, or until the middle is done.

4Note: Depending on your oven, baking time could be longer. My oven stinks so it takes a little longer, but be careful because if you cook it too long, then the ends are dry. I don't know about you, but I hate dry ends.
