Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/3 cups Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 3 whole Bananas (2 Smashed, 1 Cut Into Chunks)
  • 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Combine the sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla, and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Add the smashed bananas.

    Mix in the flour and salt. Stir in the chunked banana. Add any extras you like (golden raisins are my favorite; I add a LOT). Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 45-50 minutes, or until the middle is done.

    Note: Depending on your oven, baking time could be longer. My oven stinks so it takes a little longer, but be careful because if you cook it too long, then the ends are dry. I don't know about you, but I hate dry ends.
