- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 5 5/8 tablespoons cane sugar
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 6 2/3 tablespoons buckwheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- milk 8 cl.
- 9/16 cup almond puree
- 5/8 cup rolled oats
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Peel and mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add the eggs, cane sugar, flour, buckwheat flour, and baking powder. Mix well then add the milk, almond puree, and rolled oats.

3Pour the batter into a loaf pan that has been buttered or covered with parchment paper.

4Bake for 45 minutes at 180 C.

5Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before unmolding. Remove the banana bread from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
