Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups unbleached flour
  • 12 cup whole wheat flour
  • 12 cup raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 1 12 cups ripe bananas, mashed (about 3 to 4)
  • 14 vanilla yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 13 cup sunflower oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

    In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine the oil, vanilla, yogurt and eggs; mix well.

    Add in bananas.

    Gradually add the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

    Fold in walnuts.

    Pour batter into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.

    Bake at 170 degrees C for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

    Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
